Registration

The sponsorship packages include participation of representatives. The bronze sponsorship includes one registration, the silver sponsorship two and the golden sponsorship three. This means that the representatives can attend the congress on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday without additional costs. Please note that hotel accommodation and tickets for the conference dinner on Tuesday are not included in the sponsorship.

The costs for an additional representative are € 1.000 ex VAT. The costs for attending the conference dinner are € 100 ex VAT.

Steps

Follow this instruction for every person:

Step 1 – Visit the online registration form
Step 2 –  Use promotional code: sponsor (small letters)
Step 3 – Select the name of your company
Step 4 – Fill in the form and click the Submit button

Sponsor Booth

Space

Golden sponsors have a booth space of 3 x 3 meters. Silver and Bronze sponsors will have booth space of 3 x 2 meters. All booths will have electricity and Wi-Fi Internet available. You will be contacted by the conference secretariat to make a choice for the location of your booth space.

Furniture

Just outside your booth space we place a small high table and a cube with you company logo on it. We request you not to place any materials on these tables. We would like to keep them free so participants can use it for putting down their coffee cup and having a chat with you.

Materials

You can let us know how many (high) chairs and (high) tables you would like to use at your booth. We would also like to know what materials you bring to the conference. Please fill in the online form by clicking the button below.

Deadline: October 1st, 2020

Booth – Building up

You can prepare your booth on Monday December 14 between 08.00 and 12.00 hrs. Your booth has to be ready at 12.00 hrs at the latest, because the welcome coffee for participants will be served then.

You can start taking down the booth after the conference program on Wednesday December 16 at 14.00 hrs, after the lunch. It is not allowed to take down the booth earlier than that.

Advertisement Programme Book

We will print a programme book that will be handed out to the participants. Golden and sponsors will have a full page (A5 portrait = vertical). Silver and bronze sponsors will have a half page (A6 landscape = horizontal). You can send your company’s advertisement to secretariat@mediscon.nl.

Sending materials to the location

If you would like to have boxes and packages delivered at the conference location, then please take the following into account. The delivery address for boxes and packages is:

The following details should be mentioned on every box:

Sender: Company name & Name of Person who will pick up the box(es)

Important

Delivery is possible maximum two business days before the start of the event (so on Thursday December 10). Always call the conference location to check if the package has been delivered. The number is +31-20-5304141.

Please note that sending boxes to the conference location is at your own risk. The conference secretariat can not be held responsible for boxes or materials lost.
